Items Already Shipped
If the product has already been dispatched before your request:

Exchanges or returns may only be accepted once the item arrives at your address.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item:

Send photos or a short video showing the issue
We will provide a replacement at no extra cost or arrange a return depending on the situation.
Non-Eligible Situations
We cannot accept exchanges or returns if:

Processing Time
