Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Shipping Delays
Treglyst is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect Address

At Treglyst, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
Returns
You have 8 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To request a return, please contact us at help@treglyst.com within the 8-day period.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
